CSM INCA AddOn

Fast and precise measurements with ETAS INCA: Both software complements CSM INCA AddOn CAN and CSM INCA AddOn ETH enable easy integration of the CSM measurement modules and the ECM exhaust measurement modules in the measurement and calibration software INCA from ETAS.

The two variants of the add-ons allow for a comfortable working with the CAN and EtherCAT®-based measurement modules in INCA. The configuration of the measurement modules is performed by means of a customized user interface.

Requirements

• INCA as of version 7.3.0 / 7.4.0 (for information on older INCA versions please contact our sales department), system requirements depend on the INCA version.
• The latest firmware versions are installed on the measurement modules used.

 CSM INCA AddOn CAN

• Configuration of CSM CAN measurement modules and ECM exhaust gas measurement modules
• Measurements with up to 10 kHz per channel
• TEDS support: with TEDS-capable ADMM modules, you can automatically apply the configuration data of connected sensors with TEDS chips to the channel configuration.
• Frequently used sensor data can be stored in a user-defined sensor database.
• Module- and AddOn-specific defaults can be defined and saved in template files.

CSM INCA AddOn ETH

• Configuration of CSM EtherCAT® measurement modules and measurements with the full module performance directly in INCA
• High-Speed measurements with up to 1 MHz per channel
• Verification and error detection routines in vehicles
• Multi-channel applications with many hundreds of sensors, e. g. strain gauges, pressure or acceleration sensors (also IEPE sensors), and high precision synchronous data acquisition
• CSM’s ECAT measurement modules are connected to an ETAS ES59x or ES891 or alternatively directly to the ethernet port of the computer via the protocol converter XCP-Gateway.
• In addition, it is possible to operate multiple CSM CAN measurement modules by using the XCP-Gateway CAN interfaces.
• Frequently used sensor data can be stored in a user-defined sensor database.
• Module- and AddOn-specific defaults can be defined and saved in template files.
