Safe temperature measurement with PT100 and PT1000 sensors

CSM's HV PT measurement modules allow precise temperature measurements with PT100 and PT1000 resistance sensors in a high-voltage environment.

HV PT measurement modules complement the proven temperature measurement modules for thermocouples HV THMM and HV TH-TBM by enabling very precise temperature measurements with PT100 and PT1000 sensors. The HV PT modules are ideal for temperature measurements in batteries, power electronics and in other components of electric and hybrid vehicles. In addition to higher measurement accuracy, PT sensors offer enhanced application options. Due to the very thin structure of foil PT sensors, it is easier to measure temperatures directly between battery cells than with thermocouples.

  • High-voltage safe MiniModules for distributed measurement applications in test drives – also under extreme environmental conditions
  • Certified safety concept in accordance with DIN EN 61010; 100% End-of-line tested including testing certificate
  • IP67 rated modules can be mounted directly on the vehicle or even on the underbody close to the measurement location
  • Two measurement inputs via 8-pin Redel multi-connector in 4-wire technology for PT100 or PT1000 sensors
  • Reinforced insulation up to 846 V
  • High measurement accuracy and very low temperature drift over the entire operating temperature range from -40 °C to +100 °C
  • Extremely compact and robust housing with protection class IP67

  • Certified safety concept in accordance with DIN EN 61010; 100% End-of-line tested; including testing certificate
  • Eight measurement inputs via four 8-pin Redel multi-connectors in 4-wire technology for PT100 or PT1000 sensors
  • Reinforced insulation up to 846 V
  • High measurement accuracy and very low temperature drift over the entire operating temperature range from -40 °C to +85 °C
  • Compact and robust housing with protection class IP65
