Allround measurement modules for sensors with analog voltage outputs

CSM’s AD MiniModules of the AD CAN MM (MiniModule)-Series offer a wide range of applications for measuring analogue signals (voltage, current, pressure, flow rate, etc.).

The MiniModules score with their high measurement accuracy over the entire operating temperature range, the minimized sizes and the module housings’ protection class IP67. Due to the low intrinsic heat, the modules also reduce interference influences to a minimum.

AD CAN MM-Series

The AD4 MC10 has 4 channels and the AD8 MC2 has 8 channels. Both have galvanically isolated inputs for differential voltage measurements. The measurement inputs are adjustable per channel from ±100 mV up to ±60 V.

The AD4 MC10 also features measurement data rates of up to 10 kHz per channel.

AD pro CAN MM-Series

In comparison to the AD CAN MM-Series, the modules of the AD pro CAN MM-Series (AD4 pro MC10 for 4 channels and AD8 pro MC2 for 8 channels) provide very small measurement ranges which, for example, are suitable for the use of ratiometric sensors. Each channel of a “pro” module is equipped with a status LED. In addition, “pro” modules provide the option to use an extended scaling with 32 axis points per channel, instead of a 2-point scaling.

Module version AD8 pro MD2 has been specifically designed for sensors with excitation voltages up to 30 V. With its high-precision, galvanically isolated sensor excitation it is also suitable for sensors with ground-referenced signal inputs.

AD4 MX2

The AD4 MX2 pro MD is a new edition of our classic ADMM 4. Its extremely compact size (approx. 93 × 30 × 46 mm) remains unchanged, the technical characteristics have been further improved and optimized.

The ADMM 4 CXS is the smallest member of the CSM measurement module family and was consistently designed for applications in engine compartments with limited space. Four differential voltage inputs with unipolar sensor excitation provide excellent measurement accuracy.

The integrated TEDS functionality supports sensor configuration and identification for the application.

AD8 MW2

The measurement module AD8 MW2 features 8 analog inputs and provides excellent measurement accuracy. Sensors with BNC plug can be connected directly. AD8 MW2 is particularly suited for use in protected places or at test benches.
