In order to test a new e-vehicle, fleet tests were performed in Asia under real conditions.
After the successful assessment of our calibration laboratory by the Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle (DAkkS) we are now able to perform further DAkkS accredited calibrations. This relates to measurement instruments for voltages up to 1,000 V and measuring instruments for resistance thermometers (Pt100 / Pt1000).
The new CSM Supply Unit HIOKI enables the uncomplicated connection of HIOKI current sensors to CSM measurement modules.

The new HV Breakout Module 3.1 OBC has been specially developed for measurements of currents up to ±125 A or ±88 Arms. It is therefore suitable for analyzing one- to three-phase AC charging processes in electric and hybrid vehicles.
To analyze the forces acting on the wheels of an electric truck, the loads had to be evaluated at the same time. To do this, data was collected using a Kistler measurement wheel and CSM ECAT measurement modules in road tests.
